The project demanded an independent industrial setup for a German MNC, for production of pressure gauges, level indicator sensors, switches and thermometers, acting as an extension to their existing manufacturing set-ups in the neighboring area. The design brief included a manufacturing space with specialized specifications, an administrative and training facility. The design requirement of the Main production unit having RCC slab roof, a specialized cellar having enclosure of extra thick rcc walls was designed for the process requirement.
