On completion of all the manufacturing facilities, it was time to take on a state-of-the-art corporate office. Due to the restricted width of the plot, three functions, viz, the main security hub for visitors, a security check and documentation hub for contractual employees and the main admin building had to be aesthetically clubbed to unify these structures.

It demanded additional functions such as separate entrances for white & blue collared employees  along with their covered/open parking spaces to be integrated into the same complex.

Designed at the prime position of the site facing the highway, effective separation of multiple functions has been realized through creating multiple levels. Spatial organization was done placing the security functions and parking along with common utilities at the ground level, and administrative areas on first and second floor level.

Workspaces get seamlessly integrated with the surrounding landscaped podium which creates ample of informal interactive spaces. The integration of landscape along with the work spaces adds to the ambience, enhancing the environment, moods and  thereby the productivity.

The name “Royal Enfield” has been translated into this double heighted spatil structure housing solar panels and spanning the landscaped podium to depict grandeur as in the name “Royal”. Green cover on the podium helps to lower the temperature by absorbing the radiation. The span of the workspaces have been detailed for admitting optimum daylight through sun shading devices and vertical fins.

Wearing a pitch grey colour externally, in line with the branding concept, the building vocabulary boldly defines the bold corporate character of the company with a blend of contemporary aesthetics.
